Selling country living: 335 leads at $1.95 for a residential complex
Key project metrics
Who the client is
Nova Oselia has been building residential complexes, cottages, villas and office centers in western Ukraine for over 14 years. The client was promoting the Lypovi Rosy residential complex — a countryside location near Lviv with 280 houses, full infrastructure and 2-3 story homes with finished interiors.
What the client needed
Promote the Lypovi Rosy residential complex and get quality requests from potential buyers. The collaboration also included promoting two more of the developer’s projects over the year.
What we did
Audience segmentation
We tested 14 target segments (programmers, travelers, parents, top management, motorists, medics and others) and found unique advantages of the complex for each.
Photo reports and content
We regularly published monthly photo reports from the construction site with social media targeting to build trust in the developer.
A brand character
We created the character of Bublyk the dog for an emotional connection with the audience, especially parents and children.
An ecology experiment
We launched a video on ecology and the city’s waste problem — it got 52,132 impressions at $0.003 per impression.
Lead generation
The main campaign for sales department inquiries: a reach of 88,759 people and 319,632 impressions brought 335 requests at $1.95 per lead.
Testing formats
We tested traffic to messenger, traffic to the website and post engagement to find the best channels.
Results achieved
What it gave the client
Over a year of collaboration we got 335 quality leads at $1.95 — results that outperformed traditional outdoor advertising. The results showed that correct audience segmentation and a personalized message are critical for promoting real estate.
