The controller of personal data collected through the website https://leadprice.com.ua (hereinafter — the “Website”) is Individual Entrepreneur Voloshchuk Pavlyna Dmytrivna (hereinafter — “we”, the “Controller”), registered under the laws of Ukraine. 2. Legal basis for processing
Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with Ukrainian Law No. 2297-VI “On the Protection of Personal Data”, the Constitution of Ukraine, Council of Europe Convention No. 108, and, where applicable to the data subject, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
- Consent — when submitting a contact form and setting non-essential cookies.
- Performance of a contract — to provide marketing services under the public offer.
- Legitimate interest — to ensure the Website’s operation, analytics, and security.
- Legal obligation — to comply with Ukrainian tax and accounting legislation.
3. What data we collect
- Form data: name, phone number, email address, message content.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referer, request time (nginx logs).
- Cookies: session (essential for the Website), analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), marketing and behavioral (Microsoft Clarity — session recording, heatmaps).
- Telephony data: if a call is made via the iPtel service — substitute number, duration, and call recording for quality assurance.
4. Purpose of processing
- providing marketing services and responding to inquiries;
- analyzing user behavior to improve the Website;
- ad targeting and measuring advertising effectiveness;
- ensuring information security and preventing abuse.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.
6. Cookies

7. Data retention
- contact form data — up to 3 years from the last contact or until consent is withdrawn;
- primary documents related to contractual relationships — for the periods established by Ukrainian tax legislation (at least 3 years);
- server logs — up to 90 days;
- Microsoft Clarity recordings — in accordance with the provider’s retention period (typically up to 13 months);
- iPtel call recordings — up to 6 months.
8. Data subject rights
In accordance with Article 8 of Ukrainian Law No. 2297-VI, you have the right to:
- receive information about the processing of your data;
- request access to, correction, or deletion of your data;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- restrict processing and object to it;
- file a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (ombudsman.gov.ua).

9. Cross-border transfer
Personal data may be transferred to the USA (Google, Microsoft, Meta), EU countries (Meta — Ireland), and the UAE (Telegram). These providers ensure an adequate level of protection in accordance with their own privacy policies and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
10. Security
The Website operates over HTTPS with a valid TLS certificate. Access to databases and servers is restricted by SSH keys and roles. Form data is transmitted over a secure connection.
11. Policy changes
We may periodically update this Policy. The date of the last update is indicated at the beginning of this document. Continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.
