«Warriors of Light Code» is an educational project about international humanitarian law, the laws of war and rules of conduct on the battlefield. The format: training videos and materials from bootcamps for the military. The task was to bring this content to the widest possible audience inside the country.

Maximize the number of views of training videos about the laws of war and rules of conduct on the battlefield. The goal wasn’t requests but reach and mass viewing of socially important content among the military and civilians.
The specifics of working with video content
- A classic lead generation audit wasn’t needed: the task was views, not requests.
- The work was iterative: new topical videos came out constantly and needed fast rotation.
- The key challenge was holding a minimal cost per view while steadily scaling reach.
The steps that produced 3 million views
- We launched TrueView campaigns on YouTube for all of the project’s training videos.
- We set up content rotation: as soon as a new topical video came out, we put it into advertising right away and switched off the old ones.
- Constant bid and audience optimization to hold CPV at 0.05 UAH.
- We ensured steady reach of the target audience throughout all 10 months.
- We kept one campaign “always on” for baseline reach.
