Client

Who the client is

Future Kicks is an NFT startup from Estonia that creates unique NFTs paired with physical sneakers. Customers who buy an NFT receive the matching pair of shoes. It was the team’s first product launch, with no previous sales.

Challenge

What the client needed

Reach the maximum target audience and turn it into an active Discord community that engages 24/7 and is ready to buy the product. Build marketing from scratch through Facebook and TikTok advertising.

Solution

What we did

01

Audit and strategy

We audited the project, defined the target audience, analyzed competitors and calculated the unit economics. We chose the markets based on data and experience to hit the KPIs.

02

Customer Journey optimization

We updated the Customer Journey Map to raise site conversion. We introduced two redirect channels: to Discord and via email collection in a pop-up.

03

Communication Strategy

We developed a 6-stage communication strategy: Early Birds, Release Announcement, Value Demonstration, Upcoming Release Reminder, Release Countdown, Sales Launch.

04

A/B testing hypotheses

We compiled a list of hypotheses and ran them one by one through A/B testing, collecting and analyzing data for decision-making.

05

Facebook and TikTok advertising

We moved the plan into Facebook Ads Manager and launched campaigns on both platforms simultaneously to deploy the budget quickly.

06

Targeting optimization

We rebuilt the targeting campaigns during testing to increase the client’s LTV and Retention Rate.

Outcome

What it gave the client

In 15 days the team attracted over 800 relevant members to the Discord community, although the project wasn’t fully launched because of organizational issues and an overestimated hypothesis about conversion from Discord. Practice showed that gradual community development with systematic engagement is more effective than a large-scale launch on a tight timeline.
