606 Dyson and Apple sales in December through optimized advertising
Key project metrics
Who the client is
An e-commerce store of Dyson and Apple products on the Ukrainian market. It specializes in premium home and personal care appliances.
What the client needed
Increase the volume of orders through the online store before the holidays. Meet the KPIs for volume and cost per unit sold.
What we did
Testing creative formats
We compared the dynamic catalog, static images and video. We found that static and video creatives give a higher CTR and better conversion for cold traffic.
Launching Instant Experience campaigns
We implemented a format combining dynamic catalog elements, static creatives and video. It ensured fast loading and removed the need to go to the website.
Retargeting optimization
We found the catalog works extremely well for remarketing. Dynamic ads brought back users who had viewed products or added them to the cart.
Budget distribution across the funnel
We implemented a three-level strategy: ToF to attract a cold audience, MoF to work with engagement, BoF to remarket hot leads.
Personalization and emotional triggers
We used limited holiday discounts, gifts with purchase, product scarcity and comparisons with competitors in the creatives.
Technical optimization
We connected the Facebook Conversion API for more precise conversion tracking. We analyzed behavioral data to adjust bids and reallocate budget to the most effective combinations.
Results achieved
What it gave the client
A flexible approach to format testing and optimization found the ideal combination: statics and video for cold traffic, Instant Experience as the main format, the catalog for retargeting. The strategy minimized client acquisition costs and used the ad budget as efficiently as possible.
