$737,000 in revenue for a jewelry brand, ROAS 2.10X
Jewelry e-commerce: $737K in revenue at a ROAS of 2.10X
Key project metrics
Who the client is
Karma and Luck is an American e-commerce jewelry brand. The company was spending about $500K a month on Facebook with a baseline ROAS of ×2.
What the client needed
Increase the daily budget from $2,000 to $7,000 while keeping ROAS at ≥1.7×. Revive one of the accounts, which had a complex analytics structure.
What we did
Marketing audit
The audit revealed management complexity due to a large number of campaigns and a lack of clear analytics. Google Analytics data showed that new visitor acquisition was running into audience overlap.
A focus on retargeting
We chose retargeting as the main direction, since the first stages of the funnel were the weakest.
Campaign setup
We set up and managed the campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager with the right budget, bidding strategy, audiences and creative tracking.
Testing hypotheses
Over several months we tested a large number of hypotheses. Statistically only 1 in 10 hypotheses worked well, and we concentrated the whole budget on it.
Optimization through A/B tests
We raised conversion through A/B testing of creatives and their combinations on Facebook and Instagram.
Management and control
We updated the Customer Journey Map, set up remarketing campaigns (standard and dynamic) and continuously optimized the budget.
Results achieved
What it gave the client
In a few months of work we grew revenue to $737K while maintaining a high ROAS of 2.10X. The strategy of focusing on retargeting and concentrating the budget on the most effective hypotheses allowed spend to be scaled from $2,000 to $7,000 a day.
